Below is a list of tools I use, from personal finance to business. Aside from the tool name and summary, each tool has a button to get more information for your convenience. It may be an affiliate link. That means at no cost to you, I might be paid a commission if a purchase is made through that link. Money earned from affiliate links helps keep the site running. Thank you for taking an interest in what I use, trusting my recommendations, and potentially showing your support!
The platform I use for my free community. If you enjoy gamification, having a spot to talk to people, and being able to make offers to people, I highly recommend this platform.
This is the email provider I use with Unmuted Money. They host my tip jar, the pay what you want products, the bulk of my freebies, and their interface once you set up a template is super easy to just duplicate and keep it going.
When you are on a budget for your business, having a ton of monthly recurring subscriptions can be difficult to manage. I have personally used appsumo to buy a few lifetime deals to help me software/tool wise. So if paying once to be able to use a software is something you might like to pursue check them out.
One of my favorite online debt trackers. It calculates the ammoritization table for you, lets you forecast in the future, suggests different ways to pay and how that saves you time or money. I use this for my own debt, and often suggest it to clients. Even the free version is pretty great. Click here for a youtube tutorial I made. And if that is up your alley sign up below!
A human behind the visuals I love. While this page is called Tools I Love, some of the most valuable support in my business comes from real people. Claira Comer of Cobalt Coffin Design is one of them. I consistently return to her because she truly gets my brand. She is a master at translating my jumbled ideas into visuals with care, clarity, and collaboration. She’s not a “tool,” but a creative partner I trust and will hire again and again.
